Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
Add the pork chops and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove the pork chops and place them on a plate to keep warm.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano and the crushed red pepper flakes.
Season with salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and cooked until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
