For the Honey Boba

8.8 oz package of boba (black tapioca pearls)
2 tblsp
honey

Directions 7 steps | 35 Minutes

Step 1

Measure and prep all ingredients.

Step 2

Prepare the honey boba. Cook the boba according to the package’s instructions.

Step 3

Remove the pan from heat, cover and let the boba sit for another 12 minutes.

Step 4

Strain the boba and transfer the boba into a bowl. Add the honey to the cooked boba and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.

Step 5

Assemble the boba latte. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the espresso shots.

Step 6

Add the simple syrup and three to four tablespoons of honey boba to the glass.

Step 7

Pour in the milk and stir until well combined. Sip and enjoy!


Notes:

  1. You can use an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker to brew your espresso. The espresso can be hot or cold when poured over the ice.
