We had a wonderful experience with Chef Melissa!! She was so patient, understanding, and a great instructor, even when I made a mistake!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and she definitely set the standard high! Chef Melissa even made our night more special by taking the time to get an extra dessert to celebrate my husband's birthday! Definitely A++

Chef Melissa was an incredible instructor! My partner and I were given gifted this experience and it was top tier: the recipes Chef Melissa created were all wonderful, accessible for beginners, wonderfully tasty, and she was always available to help us truly learn the recipes rather than just providing instructions. She made the class fun with her open herb farm, preparation of all the ingredients, and was generously willing to improvising for any food restrictions. We are hoping to book another class soon; we truly felt like we connected with her and the other attendees!!

We had a great time taking this class. Melissa is a great teacher and an excellent chef. We learned so much about the art of making dumplings and can recommend this class to everyone who is interested in learning how to make them. Melissa will make sure you will feel at home immediately.
