Cooking with chef Lee was so enjoyable! The ambience was great and her personality was outstanding! She was able to show us different flavors of herbs, how to chop herbs, and the different types of knives and equipment used in the kitchen. Was a very good experience and felt right at home. She is an amazing chef! Thank you for your class, chef Lee!!!

We had an absolute blast with Chef Melissa! We left with full bellies and full spirits. The whole experience was extremely informative and accessible, and we left feeling confident we could try making dumplings on our own!
