Cooking Class - The Art of Handmade Dumplings
This hands-on cooking class with Chef Melissa covers everything you need to make different dumplings at home, from making the dough, to hand-folding the wraps and learning a perfect pan-searing technique. You’ll get to fold shapes like triangles, pleats and even roses!
Begin class by preparing some savory and scrumptious char siu pork to stuff into lotus leaf buns. Then, make the dumpling dough for traditional guotie filled with beef and Chinese chives. Afterward, repeat what you learned in order to craft a vegetable wanton soup before finishing your meal with some sweet and creamy boba ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
