Explore the ingredients and cooking techniques of your favorite Korean dishes.

In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to make several Korean dishes using authentic cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.

Begin by whipping up an appetizer of savory kimchi pancakes. Then, it's time to make the main dish: Korean barbecued pork ribs, which you'll season with scallions and sesame and drench in a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze. Enjoy with a quick kimchi radish condiment you'll toss together as the ribs cook. For dessert, learn how to make matcha-infused madeleines.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Melissa and this class was wonderful! She was so open and welcoming that we immediately felt comfortable in her home. Not to mention the food was delicious! Definitely recommending taking a class with Chef Melissa to everyone we know!

A warm welcome, an absolutely delicious meal, cooking organized like a science (she had 3 of us in the kitchen and it didn't feel crowded), perfect music, and a game besides! And it's gotta be said: Chef Melissa is extraordinarily funny, aside from everything else.

What a wonderful experience! Melissa makes everyone feel so welcome and special. Her expertise is unquestioned, but the experience was perfectly choreographed. I highly recommend her!
