Join Chef Natasha and learn how to take homemade potato gnocchi to the next level.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Natasha, you will learn how to a prepare a cheesy tomato baked gnocchi completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques. Chef Natasha will begin by teaching you how to make pillowy potato gnocchi complete with ridges to catch and hold onto your homemade tomato sauce. This, in turn, becomes the base for a one-pot bake smothered with mozzarella and Parmesan.

We made gnocchi for the first time and it was terrific! Chef Natasha is charming as well as knowledgeable. She answered various questions and offered positive guidance when we missed something, how to pair wine to the dish, and alternate ways to make gnocchi (with squash, sweet potato, cauliflower, etc.). I learned a lot and will sign up for more classes.
