1/4 cup(s)
tahini
3 tblsp
ice water, more if needed
1/4 tsp
cumin powder
1 tblsp
spicy harissa paste
1/2
lemon, juiced
salt, to taste

Measure and prep all ingredients.

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas and add them to the bowl of a food processor.

Blend until chopped.

Add the tahini and blend more.

Add the ice water, cumin, spicy harissa, lemon juice and salt.
