Measure and prep all ingredients.
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas and add them to the bowl of a food processor.
Blend until chopped.
Add the tahini and blend more.
Add the ice water, cumin, spicy harissa, lemon juice and salt.
Blend until smooth and silky. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve as a dip, spread or even with pasta. Enjoy!
