Measure and prep all ingredients.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the drained and rinsed black beans, garlic cloves, water, tahini, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, ground coriander, ground cumin, sea salt, ground black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Add the cilantro and pulse a few times to incorporate the cilantro into the hummus.
Garnish with more chopped cilantro and serve with tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
