In the jar of your blender, drain and add the soaked macadamia nuts.
Add the salt, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut butter and chia seeds.
Blend the mixture together. Add the filtered water as needed to reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
Taste the nut butter and make any adjustments if needed. Transfer the mixture to a jar.
- The macadamia nut butter will stay fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks
- Any nut can be used to make this recipe. Even seeds such as sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin can be added in.
- Truly raw nuts are typically only found at your local farmers' market. Grocery stores must follow pasteurization regulations even if the nuts are listed as raw.
