Ingredients
Directions 6 steps | 13 Minutes
Bring the filtered water to a boil. Add the loose Earl Grey tea and the dried lavender. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, heat the milk until simmering and use an electric frother to froth the milk until cloudlike and fluffy. (See notes 2.)
Strain the tea leaves and lavender into a mug.
Add the granulated sugar (or honey) and vanilla extract (or paste). Mix until the sugar dissolves.
Top with the frothed milk and garnish with a sprinkle of dried lavender.
Sip and enjoy!
Notes:
- Lower fat milk or non-dairy milk can be substituted, but the flavor will be different and may not froth as well.
- If you do not have an electric milk frother, whisk the simmering milk until frothy.
