large garlic clove

Mexican crema
1/3 cup(s)
roughly chopped cilantro, plus more to taste
3 tblsp
lime juice, plus more for to taste
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt

Step 1

In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, add the avocados, garlic, Mexican crema, cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt.

Blend or process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes:

  1. Store the avocado crema in the refrigerator in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the crema to prevent browning.
