In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, add the avocados, garlic, Mexican crema, cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt.
Blend or process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately as a dip or on tacos. Enjoy! (See notes 1.)
- Store the avocado crema in the refrigerator in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the crema to prevent browning.
