Directions 5 steps | 20 Minutes

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F, if necessary. Place one corn tortilla on a cutting board. Brush each side of the tortilla with a thin layer of oil.

Stack a second tortilla on top of the first corn tortilla. Brush each side of the second tortilla with a thin layer of oil. Repeat with the remaining tortillas until all of the tortillas are oiled and in a single stack.

With a sharp knife, slice the tortillas into wedges.

Place the tortillas in a single layer in the air fryer basket and season with salt.

Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping the tortillas halfway through until crispy. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Serve with guacamole or salsa. Enjoy!

Notes:

  1. Cooking spray can be used in lieu of oil.
  2. Instead of salt, try taco seasoning, taijin or even cinnamon and sugar for a fun twist.
