Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe

These pulled pork nachos come together quickly and are a great way to use up any leftover pulled pork. Crunchy tortilla chips are topped with succulent pulled pork, two types of cheese, tangy pickled jalapeños and creamy sour cream for a variety of flavors and textures.

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

small red onion, finely diced
1 cup(s)
pickled jalapeño peppers
barbecue sauce, to serve
sour cream, to serve
finely chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions 7 steps | 18 Minutes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place a single layer of tortilla chips on the sheet pan.

Step 2

Evenly spread half of the pulled pork over the tortilla chips.

Step 3

Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the pulled pork.

Step 4

Evenly spread half of the chopped red onion and pickled jalapeños over the cheese.

Step 5

Drizzle the barbecue sauce over the nachos.

Step 6

Repeat the steps with the remaining tortilla chips, pork, cheese, onion, peppers and barbecue sauce. Bake the sheet pan for about 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Step 7

Top with sour cream and cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
