boiling water
1/2 cup(s)
cider vinegar
1/2 cup(s)
sugar

olive oil

crushed red pepper

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, celery and cucumber. Pour boiling water over vegetables and let sit covered for 20 minutes.
