Make the dressing. In a mortar and pestle, smash the garlic and chilies until a paste forms.
Whisk together the garlic chile paste, palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice until combined.
In a large bowl, add the shredded green papayas, tomatoes, roasted peanuts and the long beans. Toss to combine.
Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
