2 tblsp
melted butter
1 tblsp
maple syrup
2-3
sprigs fresh oregano
1/2 tsp

Step 1

Pour a cup of water in the Instant Pot and set the trivet on top. In a bowl, toss the carrots with the butter, maple syrup, oregano, pepper and salt.

Step 2

Transfer the carrots to an aluminum foil or parchment paper packet. Pour any leftover liquid on top. Seal the packet.

Step 3

Place the packet on top of the trivet. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Release pressure manually.

Step 4

Plate the carrots and pour the remaining maple butter on top. Enjoy!
