small to medium-sized carrots, peeled and halved
2 tblsp
melted butter
1 tblsp
maple syrup
2-3
sprigs fresh oregano
1/2 tsp
fresh cracked black pepper
salt, to taste

Step 1

Pour a cup of water in the Instant Pot and set the trivet on top. In a bowl, toss the carrots with the butter, maple syrup, oregano, pepper and salt.

Transfer the carrots to an aluminum foil or parchment paper packet. Pour any leftover liquid on top. Seal the packet.

Place the packet on top of the trivet. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Release pressure manually.

Plate the carrots and pour the remaining maple butter on top. Enjoy!
