In the pot of the Instant pot, place the broth, broccoli, carrots, onion and garlic. Set to cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes.

Mmmmm....this is my ultimate comfort food. Loved this recipe and definitely plan to make it again. I think I may try making a big batch and freezing in individual portions for future lunch servings!
