Measure and prep all ingredients.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, milk and cream cheese.

Slowly add in the whipped cream and then two tablespoons of sprinkles.

Transfer one-third of the mixture into a separate bowl and mix in the food coloring.
Step 5
Fold the white and pink cake dip together to create a marbled texture. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or 15 minutes in the freezer. Enjoy with animal biscuits.

Notes:

Flour is required to be treated by heat to kill all possible bacteria. Below are two easy ways to treat flour:

  • Microwave - Heat the flour in the microwave for 1 minute until the flour reaches a safe temperature of 160°F. Cool flour before using.
  • Oven - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the flour on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 6-8 minutes, until the flour reaches 160°F. Cool flour before using.
