For the Crab Stuffing
2 tblsp
cream cheese, softened
1 tblsp
mayonnaise
2 tsp
whole-grain mustard
1 tsp
lemon juice
2 tblsp
breadcrumbs
2 tblsp
lump crab meat
1 tblsp
chopped spring onions
salt and pepper, to taste
For the Crab Stuffed Salmon

batch of crab stuffing, see above

4-6 ounce salmon fillets
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped spring onions, for garnish

Directions 7 steps | 22 Minutes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Make the crab filling. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice until smooth.

Step 2

Fold in the breadcrumbs, crab meat and spring onions into the mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Slice a pocket into each salmon filet.

Step 4

Stuff the salmon with the crab filling. 

Step 5

Transfer the salmon filets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the salmon filets with lemon juice.

Step 6

Lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake the salmon for 12 minutes, or until cooked through.

Step 7

Garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy!
