Directions 5 steps | 10 Minutes

Step 1

Pour a cup of water in the Instant Pot and set the trivet on top. Mix together butter, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and black pepper in a bowl.

Halve the salmon filet. Arrange salmon and beans on two sheets of aluminum foil. Drizzle butter mixture all over. Season with salt.

Wrap the foil around the salmon to create a foil packet. Place foil packets on top of the trivet. Secure the lid and seal the valve. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes and release pressure manually.

Unwrap the packets and drizzle the cooking juices over the salmon and beans.

I used to do this in the oven, but with the instant pot, it cuts down the baking time in half and saves on electricity. What an amazing recipe!
