Ingredients

Servings:
2
3 tblsp
melted butter
1 tblsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tblsp
lemon juice
2
cloves garlic, minced
1 tblsp
chopped parsley
1/4 tsp
black pepper
9 oz
salmon filet
6 oz
green beans
salt, to taste

Directions 5 steps | 10 Minutes

Step 1

Pour a cup of water in the Instant Pot and set the trivet on top. Mix together butter, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and black pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Halve the salmon filet. Arrange salmon and beans on two sheets of aluminum foil. Drizzle butter mixture all over. Season with salt.

Step 3

Wrap the foil around the salmon to create a foil packet. Place foil packets on top of the trivet. Secure the lid and seal the valve. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes and release pressure manually.

Step 4

Unwrap the packets and drizzle the cooking juices over the salmon and beans.

Step 5

Plate the salmon and beans and serve immediately with brown rice or your choice of side.
