Chocolate covered Oreos are easy no-bake desserts that only require a few ingredients. It can be adjusted to any festive occasion by changing the color of the chocolate or topping it with different sprinkles.

Oreo cookies

white chocolate, see notes
candy coating, for decorating
sprinkles, for decorating

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a bowl, microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals at 70% power, stirring in between each interval.

In a separate bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 30-second intervals at 70% power, stirring in between each interval.

Using a fork, dip each Oreo into white or dark chocolate.

Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing the chocolate dipped Oreo onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining Oreos.

If using sprinkles, sprinkle the Oreos with decorative sprinkles before it sets.

Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a quick set. Decorate the chocolate covered Oreos by either drizzling it with the leftover chocolate or decorating it with melted candy coating.

These were soooo good. I was going to make them for Christmas but couldn't wait. Hubby and I whipped them up for a game night at home a while back, and they went over VERY well.
