Cooking potatoes just got a whole lot easier with these air fryer potato wedges. Potato wedges are cooked (completely hands-off) in the air fryer until crispy and can be served as either a side dish or an appetizer paired with your favorite dip.

olive oil
1 tblsp
Cajun seasoning
1 tsp
sea salt

Step 1

Soak potato wedges in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

Transfer potatoes into a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, Cajun seasoning and salt.

Arrange inside the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes at 400°F. Toss potatoes every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
