Prepare the strawberry chocolate yogurt bite mixture. In a bowl, combine the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Prepare the mango coconut yogurt bite mixture. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, Greek yogurt and condensed milk.
Prepare the peanut butter chocolate yogurt bites. Measure and prep all ingredients. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, Greek yogurt, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Use a spoon to create small circular mounds of the yogurt mixtures on the prepared sheet pan. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted. Peel the strawberry yogurt cluster off of the sheet pan. Dip both sides of the strawberry yogurt clusters into the melted chocolate. Transfer the strawberry yogurt cluster back onto the parchment paper. Freeze until the chocolate sets.
Peel the peanut butter yogurt cluster off of the sheet pan. Dip both sides of the peanut butter yogurt clusters into the melted chocolate. Transfer the peanut butter yogurt cluster back onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle the flaky salt immediately before the chocolate sets. Freeze until the chocolate sets.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted. Peel the mango yogurt cluster off of the sheet pan. Dip both sides of the mango yogurt clusters into the melted white chocolate. Transfer the mango yogurt cluster back onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle the coconut immediately before the chocolate sets. Freeze until the white chocolate sets.
Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes:
- Honey or maple syrup can be substituted for the condensed milk. Start with one tablespoon and add more if desired.
