These honey roasted pecans are simple and only require three ingredients. Buttery pecans are baked in a browned butter honey sauce for a delicious snack or topping.

honey

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, add the pecans.

Pulse a few times to roughly chop the pecans.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt and cook the butter until golden brown. Be careful not to burn the butter.

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped pecans, honey and the browned butter. Stir until combined.

Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Let the pecans cool completely.
