Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or a 3-quart casserole dish. Measure and prep all ingredients.
Prepare the wet ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and the sugar until well blended.
Whisk in the sour cream, melted butter, creamed corn and half-and-half.
Prepare the dry ingredients. Whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Fold in the corn kernels.
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, until golden on top and the center is just set. Serve and enjoy!
