Learning how to make both vegetarian and chicken dumplings from scratch was so much fun, but what made it even more special was how much knowledge she shared along the way. Not only did we learn cooking techniques, but she also taught us about the nutritional value of using fresh herbs and ingredients to season the filling naturally. The passion, patience, and care she brought to the experience made it unforgettable. Amazing food, amazing energy, and an amazing teacher — we loved every minute of it and can’t wait to take another class!

Gluten Free Dumpling Delights class taught my friends and I how to make dough for steamed dumplings with ground chicken, veggies and spices and we also used rice paper for a lightly fried veggie with chickpeas and spices roll. We assisted making these rolls. Chef Parsati showed us how to make the sauces for them. We also made a chocolate, mango dessert with coconut flour and cardamon spice. We all really enjoyed the flavors of the hot foods. Chef was friendly, knowledgeable, social and helpful. Class was held in her home kitchen. She did prep work before we began and she cleaned up after we left. The table was preset for our meal. It was a lovely experience.

Wow--we made Vegetable Biryani (easily made vegan) which was amazing. We accompanied it with tandoori potatoes and halwa for dessert. Chef Parsati was so welcoming and encouraging, talking fast and working at the same time in her well-stocked kitchen. My son gave me the gift of the cooking class for my birthday and I brought a friend. I bought a spice box from Chef Parsati so I could make this festive meal at home. So excited. What a fun adventure. Highly recommend to all.

We prepared Vegetable curry puffs with mango chutney, chicken korma and potato korma, saffron veg pulao, potato salad, Qawami seviyan dessert. I booked this for one of our team building event. And team build we did. It was great to step away from our desks and learn Indian cooking with Chef Parsati. I wish we had more time since I was really looking forward to learning how to make garlic naan. It would have been good to have a soux chef to share a bit of the teaching/talking/cooking. A team member said - "I had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class. As a first-time participant, I immediately felt welcomed and included. The group was highly engaged, and the chef did an excellent job of making sure everyone had a role in preparing the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience reminded me of cooking with my family, where everyone had their own task to contribute. At the end, we gathered together to enjoy the incredible meal we had all helped create. It truly felt like home, and I can't wait to attend another class"

We had SUCH a good time with Chef Parsati!! She made the class a very welcoming experience, in a homey setting, with plenty of hands-on instruction and fun. The recipes are _delicious_! My wife and I will 100% be making them in our kitchen, especially since Chef Parsati specifically talked about ways that we could adapt what she taught us to make them even more simple and easily even for a weeknight dinner. I really appreciated that she was super-cognizant of our dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to make sure our concerns were addressed and the meal was enjoyable for everyone involved.

Thank you so much, Chef Parsati! This was a phenomenal birthday present! We learned to make INCREDIBLE, accessible, delicious vegan food that we will absolutely be making again in our own home. Chef Parsati is brilliant and was fantastic at explaining what and why she was doing. She allowed the class to be hands on and was kind enough to answer all of our questions about techniques and Indian cooking in general. She was incredibly mindful and attentive to ingredients used especially given our food restrictions. Her home was beautiful and absolutely spotless, and she made us feel so welcomed in her space. We took the adventures in Thai Cooking with Chef Elham. Loved it. Small class--3 couples so each worked on a separate recipe. Chef went over ingredients, how to prepare them, shared with us many of the unique ingredients and how to get them. The food was amazing, I left feeling like I could make any of these dishes at home, and cant wait to try them.

All I can say is WOW!!! My college son (21) and I had a wonderful experience learning about Indian cooking, spices, how to combine, and how to enjoy. We had a great time! Chef Elham opened up her home to us, had all the ingredients ready and provided a nice set up. There were 8 people in the class which made it a lot more fun. Such a great experience. The downside to it (nothing to do with the chef) the app needs to be more clear on the area that you’re booking the class in… And… There needs to be more communication before they take your money. This is legit class and the company is real. The way they book the class makes you feel like it is a scam. Other than that, Chef Elham made it a positive and fun experience.

Chef Parsati's Indian Cooking Techniques class is the second class I have taken from her. As with my first experience, the class was a delight, with easy-to-follow, hands-on instruction provided with informative technical and historic background. Chef Parsati goes out of here way to ensure a warm, comfortable, and accommodating atmosphere, with the class culminating with a lunch of the truly delicious food we prepared. After the first class, I was easily able to prepare every dish presented and have done so repeatedly. I look forward to cooking the the dishes from my second class. Furthermore, as I did with the first class, I also look forward to applying the lessons learned, both in cooking techniques and Indian spices, to other dishes. Chef Parsati's classes were well worth the money, and I recommend them. In fact, Chef Parsati offers yet another class that includes Indian royal chicken/vegetable biriyani. I plan to take that class next.

This experience was absolutely splendid! Chef Parsati is warm, authentic, fun, funny, knowledgeable, inviting. Really could not say enough about how wonderful she is. The food was stellar and she walked us through substitutions, modifications, and techniques that we could employ.
