Cooking Class - Crêpes & Soufflés
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Elham, you will learn how to prepare both sweet and savory crêpes and soufflés using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored French culinary techniques.
Chef Elham will begin by teaching you how to whip the egg whites just right to make a fresh spinach and Gruyère cheese soufflé as well as a Grand Marnier dessert soufflé with a homemade crème anglaise. Then, you will master the art of preparing paper-thin dessert crêpes as well as savory crêpes with wild mushrooms and goat cheese.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
