Wow--we made Vegetable Biryani (easily made vegan) which was amazing. We accompanied it with tandoori potatoes and halwa for dessert. Chef Parsati was so welcoming and encouraging, talking fast and working at the same time in her well-stocked kitchen. My son gave me the gift of the cooking class for my birthday and I brought a friend. I bought a spice box from Chef Parsati so I could make this festive meal at home. So excited. What a fun adventure. Highly recommend to all.

Had such a great time cooking with Chef Parsati! She was great at guiding us while cooking while also taking time to answer our questions. Food was wonderful - the biryani was especially amazing though. There were so many amazing little details that went into it.
