Fantastic experience, my girlfriend and I had a great time learning about and cooking different Indian foods. She was a great teacher and we were easily able to follow along. Would definitely recommend Chef Parsati to others to try out.

My partner and I had a great time in Chef Parsati's class. She made the process feel much easier than expected, even with lots of things to do or prep. Her approach to the recipes is also very holistic, so you can learn the principles behind why you perform each step and not just what to do in order. Every dish had great flavor as well as high nutritional value - striking a balance between food you can enjoy and a clean, healthy taste. Highly recommend her class if you're interested in learning to cook Indian cuisine & its principles!
