Chef Erick has a true gift—not just for cooking, but for teaching. He breaks things down in a way that’s engaging, approachable, and genuinely fun, whether you’re a beginner or someone who already loves being in the kitchen. The highlight of the experience was making paella—and not just any paella, but hands down the best we’ve ever had. Every step, from layering flavors to perfecting the texture of the rice, was thoughtfully guided. You can tell Chef Erick is passionate about his craft, and that passion carries through in every detail. His team was equally fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly in sync, which made the whole experience feel seamless and elevated. It never felt rushed, and there was a great balance of hands-on learning, storytelling, and enjoying the process. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a memorable culinary experience.
