What You'll Do

Get to know your companions while making a fun and creative guacamole.

Do something fun and different for team building activity and try our great guacamole challenge. Your hosts will provide all equipment in a pop-up kitchen equipped for 15 - 40 people.

Put your guacamole-making skills to the test by working in two teams to see who makes the best and most creative avocado cream. Use your knife-cutting skills to chop through ingredients like ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onion, tropical fruit and chili peppers. Sample the guacamole at the DIY taco station and be crowned the champion.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

With so much culinary passion to offer, Chef Roddy is ready to share his talents with hungry foodies.

We had an absolutely incredible experience learning to cook with Chef Roddy and his team. From the moment we arrived, the energy was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. The highlight of the experience was making paella—and not just any paella, but hands down the best we’ve ever had. Every step, from layering flavors to perfecting the texture of the rice, was thoughtfully guided. You can tell Chef Erick is passionate about his craft, and that passion carries through in every detail. His team was equally fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly in sync, which made the whole experience feel seamless and elevated.
