Chef Luana was fantastic. We had a wonderful authentic experience in her lovely apartment. I was there to celebrate my boyfriend and his sisters birthday and she surprised us with having the place decorated for their celebration. The food was fantastic, tasted as if you were transported to Italy! Highly recommend.

Such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Luana was warm, engaging, and made the whole pizza-making process so approachable—even for beginners. We made our dough from scratch, learned helpful tips on toppings and baking techniques, and got to personalize our pizzas. This experience was amazing. Chef Carole was very warm and a great teacher. This was my first cooking class and I learned so much, such as differences in knives, how to cut uniform vegetable, layer flavors, and general tips on better and more efficient cooking! We really enjoyed Chef Iain’s class. This was easily one of our favorites! The menu selection was fantastic, especially the tapas-style variety. I was thrilled that we got to make homemade flatbread—it was such a pleasant surprise and definitely a highlight. The food variety was excellent, and the smaller, more intimate class size made the experience even more enjoyable. It felt personal and engaging without being overwhelming. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect 10 was the room temperature. It was quite warm, and with the ovens on and no noticeable AC or fan, it got a little uncomfortable at times. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we’d absolutely take another class with Chef Iain.

This was by far one of the favorite classes my mom and I have ever taken, and we’ve done quite a few! Chef Marc was an absolute delight. The vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The class framework was thoughtful, engaging, and incredibly well-executed. What truly sets this class apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience was immaculate. From the clear directions to the venue (complete with a contact number), to the interior setup, comfortable room temperature, and beautifully presented stations. The kitchen tools were high quality, ingredients were neatly laid out with laminated table cards, and even the table settings were on point. And as someone who comes from both an operations and creative background, I have to say: Chef Marc's recipe template is hands-down the best I’ve seen from any chef-led class. Every detail felt intentional and appreciated, no stone left unturned. Bravo, Chef Marc! This class deserves a standing ovation.

It was such a fun filled class with Chef Luana. It was our mother's day celebration, child free time learning something new and Chef Luana made it very enjoyable. She warmly welcomed us in her home and in her kitchen and walked us through the pasta making effortlessly. The cooking and the stories made the experience feel like a Sunday dinner with your family. I definitely highly recommend Chef Luana for anyone who wants to learn how to cook or bake and I will definitely come back for more of her classes in the future.

The gnocchi class with Chef Luana was absolutely fabulous. My better half and I had the best time learning and experiencing true Italian cuisine from this master chef! Her authenticity and detail to creating the meal made us feel as though WE were Italian chefs. We have not stopped bragging about our experience with Chef Luana and how amazingly good the food was. We look forward to exposing our friends and family to the gifts of cooking/preparing meals that she offers. Needless to say, I highly recommend Chef Luana's cooking class! My daughter and I had such a vibrant, fun, and awesome cooking class with Chef Francesca! Chef Francesca was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fun to learn from. Both of us had a blast! I highly recommend this and we will for sure book with Francesca again. Her place was nice and clean; menu was great, food was fresh and super yummy! My daughter loved the pasta making experience. Had a fantastic experience making gnocchi with chef Luana! My boyfriend and I took the class for a birthday celebration, and it was a perfect way to enjoy time together while learning something new. Chef Luana was very welcoming and patient as she taught us her gnocchi recipe, as well as showed us how to make an amazing cheese sauce to go with it. I surprised my fiancé with a private cooking class with Francesca as an early Valentine’s Day gift. The last time we had truly authentic Italian food was in Italy, and this was the first time we experienced fresh, homemade Italian cuisine since returning. Francesca, who is from Sardinia, was warm and welcoming as she shared her style of cooking from scratch, showing us how to simplify Italian dishes. My fiancée is pregnant, and Francesca was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to modify our meals—such as pasteurizing eggs and adjusting the tiramisu recipe. The result was the best tiramisu we’ve ever had, and now we’ll always want to make it ourselves! We highly recommend learning from Francesca, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

A few weeks ago, my fiancé and I had the most fulfilling experience taking a Moroccan cooking class with Chef Yasmina! We were paired with 2 other people, so it was a small group of 4, plus Chef, which made for a personal and fun atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into her home, we were surrounded by warmth and beauty—her glassware, houseplants, decor, and stories all reflecting her worldly charm. The class was incredibly instructive, offering not only insights into the cuisine but also rich Moroccan traditions. Chef Yasmina let us tailor the experience, allowing us to decide how much we wanted to cook versus observe. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious! She even gifted us some extra oranges, fresh from her garden. I can’t recommend booking with her enough—10 out of 10!
