Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious.
