Cooking Class - A Feast From France

Learn the secrets behind three staple dishes from Provence, France.

French cuisine needs no introduction. Acclaimed throughout the world for its elegant flavors and striking presentation, French cuisine sits at the pinnacle of luxury for many chefs. Under the expert guidance of Chef Mikki, however, you'll find it easy to approach three classic French dishes, all originating from the region of Provence.

Class begins with crafting a well-seasoned ratatouille. Next, you'll focus on the main event: coq au vin, a delicious chicken dish prepared with red wine and foraged mushrooms. For dessert, you'll make then dig into a decadent creme caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious. Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home!
