Cooking Class - Gnocchi and Other Italian Staples

Treat yourself to a stunning Italian feast prepared by scratch with Chef Mikki.

Few things in life are quite as delightful as digging into an extravagant Italian meal. In this hands-on class with Chef Mikki, you'll learn the secrets behind several iconic Italian dishes, so that you can prepare stunning Italian feasts all on your own.

You'll begin the evening by putting together a fresh and fragrant panzanella salad with toasted focaccia. For the entrée, you'll prepare gnocchi with Gorgonzola, spinach and mushrooms. Finally, look forward to a delicate tiramisu with hints of mint and coffee for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious. Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home!
