In this hands-on class with Chef Mikki, you will learn how to prepare a menu showcasing three beautifully simple and high-spirited dishes hailing from Provence, France, which focus on preserving the taste and texture of seasonal, fresh ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include an authentic ratatouille featuring fresh herbs and meltingly tender vegetables, chicken braised in red wine yielding a supremely rich sauce filled with crisp bits of pancetta, foraged mushrooms, and burnished pearl onions, and a creme caramel for dessert.
