Enjoy the buttery elegance of lobster and the earthy tenderness of duck with Chef Jimi.
Chef Jimi uses farm-fresh ingredients to create a modern menu teeming with delightful textures and flavors. Your private chef experience begins with a peppery arugula and pancetta salad, and crunchy Italian rice balls filled with lobster. Duck is then pan seared and served atop a bed of sunchoke kale farro hash drizzled in blackberry sauce, followed by a white chocolate cheesecake dressed in caramel for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was such a great experience! Chef Jimi was professional and answered all of our questions! Each meal course was divine!!!! He put a lot of thought and effort into each course. He also was so kind and cleaned up everything. I definitely recommend Chef Jimi! I hope to do this again soon.

Chef Jimi was primo and efficient. He was communicative beforehand to ensure a smooth evening. Everyone enjoyed the food and the kitchen was left perfectly clean. Thanks Chef!

Jimi is an excellent chef. He cooked for my husband and I on my husbands birthday and everything tasted amazing! Also the homemade ice cream was so good!
