Chef Jimi made my husband's 35th birthday experience a memorable one. He was punctual, super communicative, and notified us moments before the first course was about to be served so we could make our way to the dining room. Chef Jimi was super professional, the food was amazing and he even brought containers for us to store the remainder of our food/dessert. I would highly recommend. =)

We had a great time with Chef Jimi. The meal was delicious and he adjusted for the guests dietary restrictions which I really appreciated. Was such a unique experience. Would do again!

Chef Jimi was INCREDIBLE! He worked with us to do a sausage making class for my family. He was super accomidating to our special request, brought all of his own ingredients and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! We will definately be reaching out to Chef Jimi for our next event. 5 STARS. Thank you!!

Chef Jimi was an absolute delight. I requested something special in honor of my partner's birthday and Chef Jimi definitely delivered. We had a 3 course cooking class where we were able to assist with cooking the meals, watch him demonstrate, and dive into some of the most delicious vegan dishes that I've ever had. He was so open to talking about his culinary career and answering our many cooking questions. Unfortunately, we had a significant time issue, but after the time that we did spend with him, I would still highly recommend him for your catering, cooking classes, or any other culinary needs. Thank you, Chef Jimi for showing up and showing out!
