Few dishes define Spanish cuisine quite like paella. Cooked since ancient times and refined in Valencia in the 18th century, paella strikes a delicate balance of light notes and bold flavors. This rice-based dish has become quite popular in recent years, thanks largely to modern reinterpretations from innovative chefs.
In this interactive class led by Chef Mikki, you'll learn the secrets behind making paella Valenciana. You'll also prepare mouthwatering chorizo croquettes served with a lemon and paprika aioli. For dessert, save room for a decadent tres leches cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious. Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home! Chef Mikki is an executive chef with nearly 10 years of professional culinary experience under his belt. After graduating with degrees in international hospitality management and culinary arts from Enderun Colleges in the Philippines, Chef Mikki completed an internship in France before starting his professional career in NYC. Now, Chef Mikki is excited to share his craft as host of an array of interactive culinary experiences.
