Teams will work together to create a Cajun feast, learning about local flavor-profiles and methods.

Transport your team to the French quarter of New Orleans for this Creole-inspired cooking class with a team-building twist. Groups will divide and conquer a flavorful spread of traditional meals, boosting their kitchen skills and their bonds. Practice making and using a roux to create thick, bold sauces. Discover the flavors of the South by grilling up Louisiana-style BBQ shrimp, authentic cajun gumbo and a mouthwatering bananas foster. Get comfortable with a little heat in the kitchen, both literal and metaphorical with this immersive experience.

**This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!
