Honestly this was the most wonderful experience! Chef Diervion felt like he was a part of the family and was so helpful on explaining techniques and simple solutions to make your meal experience tasty and leave memorial impact on your tastebuds. I honestly will never forget this event. It was so special and it was due to Chef Diervion’s patent/ kind approach to each lesson. I will definitely do this again trying another cultural food experience with Chef Diervion….hopefully a Cajun dish!!

Chef Salvador was fantastic. We took his cooking class in my home and he was a great teacher. He made Peruvian Ceviche, Aji de Gallina Causa, Lomo Saltado, and Suspiro à la Limena. He gave us some new food preparation tips and was a pleasure to have in my home. He came right on time and connected with each guest right away. At the end of the evening, it seems like I had just turned around and the kitchen, which was full of great Peruvian dishes, was suddenly spotless. I would definitely recommend Chef Salvador for your next event.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an Emily in Paris-inspired gourmet dinner experience with my sister through Cozymeal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Chris created a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He walked us through each step of the cooking process with clear instructions, while also keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The menu was beautifully curated and delicious from start to finish. We prepared a cheese soufflé, seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, fresh French baguette with butter, and a rich mousse au chocolat with fleur de sel. Every dish turned out amazing, and it truly felt like an elevated dining experience. I especially appreciated how interactive the class was—we weren’t just watching, we were fully involved in creating each course. It was also a fun opportunity to dress up and enjoy the full Parisian-inspired theme. I would highly recommend Chef Chris and Cozymeal to anyone looking for a unique, hands-on culinary experience. It’s perfect for a date night, girls’ night, or anyone wanting to learn new cooking skills in a fun and memorable way.

I booked Chef Beee's class for my 14-year-old son and took photos there. Her kitchen was organized for the class, and she played soft music. Her class was joyful and all hands on from chopping and mixing to cleaning dishes, including your own. The food was delicious and unique. Antipasti and Steak! She was amazing- I highly recommend Chef Latisha. We received a gift card for Christmas and used it this week for my birthday. We had an amazing time at her cooking class for my girlfriend’s birthday such a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish. She was patient, organized, and made everything easy to follow while still teaching real techniques, so it felt hands-on without being stressful. The menu was perfect: the miso soup with silken tofu and seaweed was comforting and flavorful, and the Poke Bowl Fusion was honestly the highlight super creative with the “vegan unagi eel” and the tomato nigiri. The sesame ginger edamame salad was fresh, light, and had the perfect soy dressing, and the matcha coconut panna cotta with fresh berries was the best way to end the class. We left full, happy, and proud of what we made. Highly recommend booking her if you want a unique date idea, a birthday activity, or just a really good experience with great food.

Chef Tish was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, dishes were superb and her upbeat spunky personality made the class very enjoyable! Chef Beee curated an amazing experience for my grandmother's birthday celebration. Each of the menu items were delicious and easy to recreate in the future. My personal favorite was the collard greens dolmas. She did a great job of including each person in the cooking experience, even though there was 3 separate groups. I appreciated her ability to balance giving instructions, being personable, and answering different questions we had. I really enjoyed this experience, and I am excited for her to expand to have more classes. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more plant-based cuisines!

It was my wife's birthday and I was looking into nice restaurants and cooking classes... Happened upon Cozymeal and immediately knew that if there was an option on her birthday, this would be the go-to. Well, we lucked out and had Chef Megan's plant based, 4-course meal. We aren't consistent vegans/vegetarians, but we appreciate it and have gone stretches. From beginning to end, everything was first class. The conversation was fun and informative. And Chef taught us about a ton of different skills and helpful tips around the kitchen. We even had an impromptu salt tasting! The food was unbelievable. Honestly, we couldn't stopped at the Bruschetta, but I'm glad we didn't. The arugula w/ beet salad was lovely. The Buddha bowl was colorful and full of flavor. And the homemade Reese cup was a perfect finisher. We never felt rushed despite going over the allotted time. And it was so much cheaper than a night out at a fancy restaurant. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently attended the Simplicity of Sushi course with Chef Rodney, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The class was held at Chef Rodney’s home, which was spotless and located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!
