My son and I really enjoyed our time with Chef Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients and cooking methods as well as the regions different food sources are grown and harvested. It was a delicious meal and fun time spent bonding over tasty food! Thanks Chef Chris!

Chris was a real treat. He’s a humble and extremely knowledgeable teacher who, you can tell, really loves his craft. Yes, the food was amazing, but we really just enjoyed peppering him with questions around the “why” we used certain ingredients or prepped foods in certain ways. He knows much of the history and culture behind the recipes and how specific ingredients or preparations add to the success of the dish. This was a very enjoyable anniversary gift for my wife and I.
