Cooking Class - Exploration of Bangkok Fare
Explore the essence of Thai cuisine over five courses with Chef Dock as you explore varied combinations of sweet, salty, sour, bitter and a little heat to spice things up.
Begin by preparing a spicy tom yum soup that includes diverse flavors of the sea, followed by chicken satay with peanut sauce. Next is classic pad Thai, followed by a coconut curry recipe that features a fusion of unique flavors — including lemon grass and basil. Finally, whip up green tea sorbet for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Tom Yum Soup
