In this hands-on, plant-based cooking class, Chef Megan will share ways to craft a healthy meal. Learn smart food choices with more flavor.

Begin with colorful and crunchy crudité with Chef Megan’s green-goddess cashew dip. Next is a delicious creamy curried cauliflower soup that is gluten-free, deceivingly dairy-free, and super nutritious! The black bean quinoa veggie burger is a crave-worthy burger that will satisfy all. Frozen chocolate banana made with cacao, coconut oil and nut butter prove you don't have to miss out on the sweet stuff while eating healthy.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Megan was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she kept us laughing from start to finish. Her personality brought such a warm, fun energy to the experience, and she made everyone in the group feel engaged and included. The cooking process was interactive and hands-on—she made sure each person had the opportunity to participate and try different techniques. She explained every step clearly and shared helpful tips we can use at home. The recipe itself was incredibly detailed and thoughtful, listing every ingredient and its purpose. The end result was a delicious, healthy dinner that exceeded expectations. We had such a great time and learned so much. I highly recommend Chef Megan to anyone looking for an enjoyable, informative, and entertaining culinary experience! We will definitely be booking with her again!
