In the bowl of a food processor, place the parsley, cilantro, radish greens, and garlic.
Process until finely chopped.
Add in onion, red bell pepper, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. Pulse several times. Adjust seasoning with salt, to taste.
