In a dutch oven or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, heat about two inches of oil to 365°F. Measure and prep all ingredients.

This is SO easy to make. I first tasted them in a restaurant and thought I'd never have them again. Boy, I was wrong - these tasted even better.
