Step 1

Prepare a large board for the charcuterie. Measure and prep all ingredients.

Build the charcuterie board from the bottom up. Start with the sliced hard salami. Shingle the salami to the width of the charcuterie board you’d like.

Place a bunch of mini pretzel sticks in the middle below the row of hard salami for the tree trunk

Place the blackberries above the hard salami, slightly narrower than the row below.

Place a row of green olives above the blackberries, slightly narrower than the row below.

Drape a layer of prosciutto above the row of green olives, slightly narrower than the row below.

Place the sharp cheddar cheese above the prosciutto, slightly narrower than the row below.

Place the raspberries above the sharp cheddar cheese, slightly narrower than the row below.

Finish with a bunch of green grapes in a cone-like shape.

Use a star shaped cookie cutter to cut two stars from the cheddar slices. Stack them to create one thick cheddar star and place it on top of the green grapes.

Fill any gaps with the sprigs of rosemary and decorate by sporadically placing cranberries or sugared cranberries along the charcuterie board. Serve and enjoy!
