Prepare a large charcuterie or serving board and all of your ingredients.
Slice mozzarella cheese into rounds. Using a small and medium heart-shaped cookie cutter or a sharp paring knife, create small and medium-sized hearts from the cheddar and white cheddar or Swiss cheeses. You want to use two different colored cheeses to create an eye-catching display when layered.
Cut 2 slices of smoked turkey in half, and wrap the turkey around the grissini breadsticks. Create the salami and turkey roses by rolling the layers together as shown in the video.
Arrange sliced strawberries alongside one half of your board or around the full board in a heart shape.
Assemble the charcuterie board with the cheeses, heart cut-outs, turkey-wrapped grissini and salami roses. Fill in all of the empty areas with almonds, pecans, raspberries, chocolates, grapes and crackers. Serve with honey and fresh rosemary for garnish. Enjoy!
