I booked Chef Beee's class for my 14-year-old son and took photos there. Her kitchen was organized for the class, and she played soft music. Her class was joyful and all hands on from chopping and mixing to cleaning dishes, including your own. The food was delicious and unique. This class on making pasta and Caesar Salad from scratch was a great experience. I thought pasta making was very difficult, but Chris showed us that its easy and fun, and not to mention so much more healthier. I had in my mind that pasta was an all day prep or two day process, I don't know why I thought that, but it was easy to do and the taste is wonderful. I would recommend everyone to take this class and upgrade your cooking skills to a whole other level. I wish I would have taken much more notes during the class, such as capturing the ingredients and steps. But Chris helped me out afterwards with those items.

This was an outstanding experience. Chef Dock was patient and very detailed with us, but the class just flowed without a hitch. It's didn't feel like a rigorous teaching, but a lighthearted lesson. And in the end, a delicious 4 course meal that I was proud to say I had a hand in preparing.

I gave this experience as a gift to my husband and we were so excited about it for weeks… Chef Luca did not disappoint. He’s charismatic, engaging, and educational. We learned so much more than just how to prepare a meal, we learned about how to find quality ingredients; why certain ingredients are better (got to taste the proof,) and where to easily find them. He made it fun and easy, even gave us tips on how to help get our very picky kids to eat more healthy meals… and they actually worked. Yes, the food was euphoric, well presented, and well prepared, but more than that, I feel like we got a full Italian experience. Great food, great wine, and great company. I can’t wait to share our new culinary skills with our friends. We’ve been raving about the whole experience since, but I also am so excited that I have found a unique gift I can give my friends and family, something to not just be placed on a shelf, but an immersive experience that will not be soon forgotten.

Wonderful experience! My husband, son and I enjoyed the Hearty Italian Feast cooking class. Chef Luca’s place was setup perfectly for a small cooking class. He has a great personality and he knows Italian food. We laughed and learned as we made pasta and sauces from scratch. I learned how easy it was to make delicious sauces in no time. No need to simmer for hours to have great flavor. We had a great time and left full and with leftovers to enjoy the next day. I would definitely do another class with Chef Luca.
