Savor the tastes and aromas of Southern Italy's culinary prowess with an Italian-trained chef.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris, you'll learn the culinary skills and techniques needed to create a menu of Southern Italy classics completely from scratch from appetizer to dessert.

Begin by handcrafting ricotta and zucchini meatballs studded with aged cheese. Then, Chef Chris will teach you how to make homemade pasta dough, which you'll shape into orecchiette pasta and top with a fresh tomato, shrimp and Calabrese chili sauce. Your authentic Italian feast will close out with housemade limoncello sorbet crowned in an unforgettable roasted basil-strawberry sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Recently attended a lunchtime cooking class with Chef Chris. He was awesome! The cooking lesson was great and the food was awesome!

Class was great- right balance of hands on learning and getting to eat! Chris was fantastic. I especially appreciated that he applied techniques that could be replicated at home, without having to buy new gadgets. Food was delicious. Also felt like class size was appropriate; nice group.

Chris was friendly, informative, and overall great company to spend 3 hours learning to cook from him. His recipes were simple enough to not be overwhelming to learn and came out delicious, we're eager to throw our own pasta-making night!
