Cooking Class - Southern Italian Classics
In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you'll learn the culinary skills and techniques needed to create a menu of Southern Italian classics with an added twist.
You will begin by learning how to make a deceptively healthy yet completely mouth-watering appetizer of zucchini meatballs. Then, you will learn how to master homemade orecchiette pasta from scratch and discover the complexity of flavors residing in Calabrian chilis. Your authentic Italian feast will close out with housemade limoncello sorbet crowned in an unforgettable roasted strawberry-basil sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
