Team Building Activity - Mastering Handmade Ravioli
Chef Chris, who is trained in Italian cooking techniques, will utilize his culinary expertise in this team building cooking class that spotlights a handful of traditional recipes from Italy.
From starter to dessert, you and your team will make everything from scratch, beginning with oven-baked Italian bread studded with tomatoes and rosemary, and a fresh radicchio salad. Chef Chris will then teach you how to mix, roll and cut pasta dough for two ravioli fillings: Pork and vegetables, and spinach and ricotta. For dessert, you'll bake up an authentic Italian crostata.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
